What we do

Two calls. Two purposes.

01

Free door survey

We walk your property's rated openings and document what's failing — closers, hinges, gaskets, clearances, missing labels. No obligation, no report filed with your local fire marshal. You get a plain-language list of what needs attention.

02

Paid inspection & repair

Once doors are corrected, we complete a documented annual inspection under NFPA 80, with records available to your authority having jurisdiction. Repairs are scoped and priced per door before any work starts.

Why it matters

Fire doors are required to hold a rating — and required to be checked.

Local fire code adopts the International Fire Code, which points to NFPA 80: rated door assemblies need a documented annual inspection, with records kept on site for your fire marshal. A door that doesn't latch, a closer that doesn't close, or a hold-open that's been wedged open all defeat the assembly's purpose — regardless of what the label says.

We check the physical function of the door against that standard, tell you plainly what's failing, and fix what can be corrected without replacement.
